Our Story
Grace Roofing & Concrete Contractor Corp started in the Bronx more than 16 years ago, and we’ve grown the same way we work, one project at a time. Since 2009, we’ve worked on pre-war apartment buildings, flat-roofed rowhouses, and commercial storefronts. Single-family homes across every Bronx neighborhood, from Riverdale to Throggs Neck. We know how these properties are built, how they age, and what they actually need, not what’s easiest to sell.
Being family-owned means something here. When you call Grace, you speak directly with the people responsible for your project. There’s no call center, no layers of middlemen, and no salesperson who disappears once the contract is signed. We answer for our own work because our name is on it.
